HybridLearn is a hybrid homeschool program for grades 3–12, running on-campus classes on Mondays and Thursdays with at-home online days the rest of the week. We offer small class sizes, a collegial environment, and the chance to make a real difference in students' lives — while enjoying a schedule that's built for work-life balance.
Elementary Classroom Facilitator
Lead core subject instruction for students in grades 3–5. Ideal for educators passionate about building foundational skills in a small-group, hands-on environment.
Secondary Classroom Facilitator
Teach upper-level students preparing for high school and beyond. Subject expertise and the ability to mentor teens are essential.
- Facilitate core subject instruction and answer student questions
- All lesson-planning furnished
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Attend monthly planning meetings with the instructional team
- Maintain a welcoming, structured classroom environment
- Teaching certification a plus, but not required; homeschooling experience desired
- Strong subject-matter knowledge in your teaching areas
- Comfortable with Axis Online curriculum platform
